Maybe it's not just playtime he needs.

One of my kittens was getting pretty aggressive with us and I remembered this toy another cat I had (with similar issues) loved to death. Literally. Just a long stuffed tube. The long part (at least as long as his belly, plus some for you to grab on to) is important. And if you haven't found it to be true yet, I've noticed cats really like attacking things made from animal fiber.

Like my yarn pile. And wool socks.
So if you've got a pair of insufferably ugly, damaged, and long wool socks (or want to knit a long wool tube and felt it a teensy bit), you might be able to train him to attack it instead of you. Some cats seem to adore gnawing on it and beating out the other end with their back paws, in a homicidal bunny kind of way.

...Maybe you should sleep with it for a week before trying, in case he just thinks you're tasty.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00093271689985127185noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12793822.post-88366665541680456642007-06-06T13:02:00.000-05:002007-06-06T13:02:00.000-05:00I am laughing, too. Did it all settle in that poofy head of hair?
