A brief update

While I was out, Angus decided he did not want to wear his collar and bell anymore. I was greeted by a silent cat, rolling happily on his back in the sun.

I'm surprised he wasn't giving you the silent "na na na na na na" thing my cats do. One cat even went so far as to bury his collar and bell. One of the kids found it a year later on a treasure hunt.

When I first got Bert and Ernie I tried to get them to wear collars. They even had tags with their names and my phone number. Very snazzy!

Of course, as soon as I got the collars on them, they wiggled their way out of them and proceeded to play with them. After three tries, I gave up and let them run free and nekkid.

So, good luck keeping Angus belled - if he's a nudist at heart, then there ain't nothing will keep that collar on him. Unless you staple it to him or something, but I don't think that's a vet-recommended solution.
