The differences between men and women...again

ME: I dunno, it's been a bad week. I feel like I'm stuck in a rut or something. All my friends are doing interesting things and I'm just plugging along here.
I mean, look at me, I've had basically the same hairstyle since college.
FOOL: That's a rut?
ME: Yes.
FOOL: See, I think that's more "finding what works." You found what works and now you're just sticking with it. Like me.
ME: You have really curly hair that you get cut four times year.
FOOL: Yep. That works.

haha, that is the best. Got to love a straight forward man. He knows what is just right. Me, LONG hair cut once a year. Cant be bothered with a style. My husband: bald and shaves what is left himself. Also just works. Very cheap for haircuts in our house!

well, now, you see, I agree with him. if what you have works, then it's good. However, I have a VERY short buzz cut (for the last 20 years) that I love and that suits me. I'm probably not the person you need to ask about change....

After two years of enforced white sock wearing, due to school uniform requirements, I do not recommend white socks for children, as they soon become brown socks. I do recommend moving out of schools with white socks in their uniform and then tye-dyeing all the brownish-white socks that still fit. Tye-dyed socks always match and children delight in them.
