The cobbler's kids....

It snowed last night, beautiful white sticky stuff that outlines all the tree branches and is my favorite kind to look at. The windchills are low, too, in the teens.
So guess who has no wool hats or mittens?
Me and Jamie.
Casting on tonight....

I'm in the same boat, 'cept my kids are the only ones without the essentials. Oh, why did I listen to EZ in the Almanac and knit them in the heat of the summer. Live and learn. Hope your mitten/hat knitting goes fast.

Aw... Have fun with that. I wish I had time to sit and knit these days. :)

Hey just wait a while. Jamie will have hats mitts etc and you'll still have nothing. That's just the way it works out for we knitters. I made myself a nice wool hat and my 26 yr old daughter saw it, commented about how her kids ruined her other hat I made, and left with my hat on her head. I could just make another one but with 2 more daughters I can just imagine what would happen.
